Uno puede entender que los días de las elecciones, los candidatos tienen muchas ocupaciones y preocuparse por la «logística», pero lo del candidato a alcalde por Santo Domingo Norte, Carlos Guzmán, casi rayó en lo absurdo, pues este señor se apareció a su colegio electoral cuando solo quedan 13 minutos para cerrarse las votaciones. ¿Se imagina usted que Guzmán se hubiera quedado sin votar por él mismo? La verdad es que la gente tiene que tener cuenta.
